1. Fresh Mint Leaves: 30 gms 2. Fresh Basil Leaves: 30 gms 3. Green Chillies: 25 gms(2-3 medium) 4. Garlic: 1 clove 5. Orange Capsicum: 150 gms(1 chopped) 6. Red Onion: 25 gms (1/4 chopped) 7. Ginger: 1 inch 8. Virgin Olive Oil: 1.5 tbsp 9. Pink Himalayan Salt: to taste 10. Erythritol: as needed

Steps¶
- Take smallest mixer jar.
- Add fresh mint leaves (30 gms).
- Add fresh basil leaves (30 gms), green chillies (25 gms(2-3 medium)) and garlic (1 clove).
- Add orange capsicum (150 gms(1 chopped)), red onion (25 gms (1/4 chopped)) and ginger (1 inch).
- Add virgin olive oil (1.5 tbsp).
- Finally add Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste).
- Grind using mixer grinder.
- If it's too spicy then add a little bit of erythritol (as needed).
- Serve it with snack dishes.
