Steps¶
- Step 1: Break
200 gms mushrooms into pieces by hand and place in a microwave-safe bowl. - Step 2: Crumble
25 gms feta cheese over the mushrooms. - Step 3: Add
20 gms salted butter and drizzle withchilli olive oil (to taste) andgarlic olive oil (to taste). - Step 4: Sprinkle with
3 tsp italian herbs ,1 tsp garlic granules , and1 tsp onion granules . - Step 5: Mix with spoon and cover the bowl.
- Step 6: Microwave on high (900W) 4.5 minutes until cooked.
- Step 7: Garnish with
balsamic vinegar (to taste). - Step 8: Serve hot.
