  • Steps


    • Step 1: Break 200 gms mushrooms into pieces by hand and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
    • Step 2: Crumble 25 gms feta cheese over the mushrooms.
    • Step 3: Add 20 gms salted butter and drizzle with chilli olive oil (to taste) and garlic olive oil (to taste).
    • Step 4: Sprinkle with 3 tsp italian herbs, 1 tsp garlic granules, and 1 tsp onion granules.
    • Step 5: Mix with spoon and cover the bowl.
    • Step 6: Microwave on high (900W) 4.5 minutes until cooked.
    • Step 7: Garnish with balsamic vinegar (to taste).
    • Step 8: Serve hot.
